Of course I don't watch TV in general but, I accidentally watched The Dr.s with my boyfriend. I was in the living room writing trying to get my mad creative genius on, and he cuts the TV on. He's in the medical field, so it's nothing to him. They talk about the girl who gets a worm in her eye because of her contacts.  As a contact wearer I am like horrified.  Especially, because anything involving the eye makes me squeamish. I don't even think I could get Lasik. But anyway, I haven't worn my contacts since.

I have been using non-latex gloves more and more. Cleaned the tub with some gloves, mopped the floor....marinated some chicken with the gloves on. Generally anything involving dirt or moisture is getting gloved. I have to throw my contact lens case away, but I want one of those separated cases. Also shame on my boyfriend for not realizing the consequences of his actions. Worms eating your eyes...that's madness you don't embrace. Not today.
