One thing I have inherited from my father is his love of lemon cakes. So, because I love to bake (I told you you I collect hobbies) I am going to share a quick recipe I found on the internet. Unfortunately, I have to say that I haven't tried this one personally. Not yet, but it is a two ingredient recipe... shouldn't too complicated. Right?

Easy Peasy Lemon Bars
1 Box Angel Food Cake
2 Cans Lemon Pie Filing
Confectioner sugar (optional)

Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in a bowl.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown.
Decorate with a light dusting of confectioners sugar (optional)
